How important is yoga teacher training bali?
The majority of training is hands-on yoga teacher so you can expect to spend most of your time on the mat. However, there is also time for meditation and philosophical discussion. Along with the practical side of teaching, yoga teacher training in Bali includes an understanding of anatomy, Ayurveda, and sequencing. Students are also introduced to the different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga and Sadhana.
The classes are taught by highly-experienced instructors. I would highly recommend this course for any aspiring yoga teacher. My instructor Taryn takes the class at a fast pace and teaches the postures in depth. By the end of the course, we were able to teach a full one-hour yoga class.
Once you have completed the 200-hour training, you can then move on to the 300-hour level. During the 300-hour level, you will learn how to teach yoga for higher levels, such as leading retreats. Some schools even offer 500-hour courses.
