A relatively new brand, Outsiders Store was founded in 2017 in the north west of England when the founders realised that today’s modern adventurers wanted fewer but better products to take with them on their journeys.
The result is a lifestyle brand that sources and sells versatile, durable and functional outdoor gear for men and women that is designed to last…and last. The considered collection has authentic outdoor clothing alongside camp gear and gadgets from brands who understand that people want style as well as function for their outdoor equipment.
The Outsiders Store at Coal Drops Yard is the brand’s only London outpost (the other store is in Liverpool). The shop is a huge, light bright space filled with a sustainable wood design to showcase all the clothing available to purchase.
Once inside, customers can discover niche brands from around the world, like Danner Boots of Portland, USA, Montbell of Japan and Klättermusen of Sweden alongside outdoor icons like Patagonia, The North Face and Arc’teryx.

Split across two units, Outsiders Store has created two distinct environments to cater to all of your outdoor needs. The original space focuses mainly on clothing and accessories. Whilst, the store next door is a more specialised space for footwear and packs, alongside equipment from tents and sleeping bags to coolers and camp stoves.
A multidimensional outdoor space, Outsiders Store offers an alternative, refined version of an outdoor shop, with a focus on goods and equipment which are functional, versatile, and long-lasting.
