King’s Cross is one of the largest regeneration projects in London. Work started back in 2007 and a lot has happened since then, but there’s still a way to go. We work very hard to be a good neighbour, to maintain access to as much of the site as possible, and to limit disruption and inconvenience.

Between 23 and 26 October, during the half-term break, work will take place to change Handyside Street into a two-way road, creating more accessible routes for necessary vehicles on the King’s Cross estate.

A tower crane situated at the Triangle Site is set to be dismantled and removed from the site between 8 and 9 July.

Between 23–28 March 10pm-5am, a new artwork by Lucy Orta (Artist in Residence, King’s Cross) will be installed on the front elevation of the Granary Building, facing Granary Square.

A crane will be in operation in the loading bay area between Gasholder 11 and 12 on Thursday 19 January for one day, lifting replacement glazing panels to the roof terraces of the Gasholders Building.
